Public Meetings

Nashville Organized for Action and Hope (NOAH) has held public meetings where local public officials have addressed and committed to the issues of affordable housing, criminal justice, education, and economic equity.

Some of our past meetings include:

  • October 29, 2017 - Speak Loudly, Nashville.  NOAH's public meeting with Mayor Barry and Tony Majors, Metro Nashville Public Schools (over 1800 people in attendance)

  • October 30, 2017 - The People's Platform: Our City, Our Time.  NOAH's public meeting with Mayor Barry, over 1700 people in attendance)

  • August 16, 2015 - NOAH Gets “A Seat At The Table” as Mayoral Candidates Megan Barry and David Fox Answer Questions on Key Issues (over 1500 people in attendance)

  • February 22, 2015 - A Tale of Two Nashvilles.  Meeting with 8 Candidates for Mayor, outlining NOAH's issues and securing their commitments to work with us and to meet quarterly. (Overflow crowd, up to 2000 people in attendance)
