What do you think about General Sessions and Criminal Court Judges?   What should be done  about cash bail?

The NOAH Criminal Justice Task Force asked us all to complete a survey to guide candidate forums for the 2022 elections of General Sessions and Criminal Court Judges, who make decisions on bail, probation, and restorative practices. That includes you!

Because of the concerns we have about the criminal justice system--mass incarceration and judges’ role in determining the outcome for those arrested--it is very important that we elect those who best reflect our community’s interest in fairness and equity. Therefore, we need your participation in the survey!
